He's taking a bird out for a date next week and it will be there first one, she says she don't want to go the pictures, so now hes stuck for ideas :D
I suggested Bowling for him, ut he don't like the idea.

Pictures is by far the worst date possible...

At the cinema, you can't really talk. You can chat for the moments before the film starts, but after that, your stuck watching the film for 90 minutes, and it's generally a bit weird.

Bowling is an excellent idea. Not only can you get to know each other, but you can also break that touch barrier - teach her how to bowl etc. You can have a few drinks, grab a bite to eat and generally have a great time.

Other ideas would be to go to Xscape at Castleford, theres plenty to do there.

Also, just a night around town is a great plan. You can let your hair down and have a great time.

I took my girlfriend to Barnsley vs Preston, two years ago now. She's still with me, so I must've done something good, because the match was dreadful (lost 0-1)

(Originally posted by me, somewhere else)

Basically, it's not what you do - it's what you make of it. It all comes down to the belief system that you have in place. The situation also plays a big part, as does the target. Theres a very big difference between arrogance and believing, assuming attraction isnt being arrogant - its being confident, exuding that confidence in who are you are and what you can give. Think of it like going into battle or going into a Chess game, while not underestimating your opponent in any shape or form, you go into it knowing your strengths and how you can make them work for you - however, you wont win every chess game or every battle - but you'll stand a far better chance going into the game BELIEVING (ASSUMING) that you can!!!

Girls can pickup on dejectedness, on LSE, on lack of backbone and balls, they can sense when you have confidence and when you dont! Going into a situation like this and fearing the worst will more often than not deliver the worst - visualise the perfect situation happening, from beginning to end, KNOW that you can inject some adventure and romance into the girls life - and show her this.

You dont have to be the smoothest talker walking, you dont have to be a muscle bound meat head - just have the presence, the confidence and the Belief that every situatio you go into, no matter how hard can and will be a success.

Assuming Attraction isnt being arrogant or vain - its having the underlying belief that you can be the best and people around you can share in your success and your fun, afterall who is there to stop you???

    Get him to take her

to a dance lesson. This definitely breaks the ice, the touch barrier (as mentioned above) and shows her that you, sorry he, thinks outside the box and goes out and does things. And as a bonus they learn something new.

One of my first dates with my missus was argentine tango lessons. Brilliant.

That was my first thought Cazi.

Take her out to dinner, no insinuations, no moves. Just take the girl out for a meal and see her home. She'll love him for it.

Unless, of course, he's a completefreakazoid in which case she'll change her numbers and move house.
