Just because a player is young it doesn't mean he's 'got potential' We've to be careful we're not conned into believing that because we have a very young squad we're 'building for the future' Having been to Doncaster I think we've a big problem with (some) players who aren't very good and who don't give any indication that they are ever going to be any good.
I get the same feeling about the manager, By giving him time it doesn't mean he is going to be successful Are we being conned by this building for the future? And I don't see any indication that he is ever going to be any good.
