Good read. Thanks for sharing. The lad has had a tough upbringing. I really hope he can turn things around and keep developing the group after the last couple of weeks. We've looked cohesive and positive. That's down to him and the management team. He seems tough and up for the fight and despite the knockers slating him I want him to succeed. Also seems like he has the backing of the players. Fat lady and all that.
You cannot finish a jigsaw with pieces missing. Mindst you the 2 we have just found are helping to create a clearer picture. I like Poya and the time to judge him is when the other pieces are found.
Win, lose or draw I like the way he lines his teams up differently depending on who we're playing. You can see the players are well drilled and he doesn't let outside influences like the fans and media influence this. Maybe if he'd been reactionary and juggled the style of play too much we wouldn't have won three of the last 4 and given ourselves a shout again? He's very similar to Struber in that respect.
Pita’s shown a lot of character to get a team together with players in their best positions and start winning games. I think we’ll beat Derby. Then it’s game on to catch Reading.
