practical advice required

    Going for a holiday to las vegas and hawaii in january any advice regarding money ,traveling,what clothes to take,what to avoid, what to look out for would be much appreciated as this will be my first trip to the  u.s. Flights include short stopovers in Washington , L.A. and San Francisco.[​IMG]

    Thanks for that what I meant was three hours to change planes as opposed to a halfday with nothing to do.
