Crystal palace, well done to them.
    in top 6 (3rd i think) with about 23/24points.

They have built there team on youth players i think.
Something we should be doing in next 2/3 years when our u18's will be ready.

How can you possibly tell though, it's more than just a bit of a step up from u18 level to the first team, the only way for anyone to know if they're good enough is if they perform when in the first team. It's took Butterfield 4 years of odd games to get where he is, same goes for RNL, what makes you think the likes of Rose, Stones, Clarke, Digby will be good enough based on performances in the academy? Although they've all shown promise when thrown into the mix, none of them look anywhere near ready to stake a claim in the team on a regular basis, don't get me wrong, id love nothing more than 5 or 6 academy players in or around the first team, but at the moment, there's no substitute for experience.
