The person with our tickets got stuck in snow in the midlands, on the way to the game. Having travelled up from the smoke and not wanting to miss all or part of the game we contacted the Donny Box Office who bent over backwards to get us some more tickets and they have promised a full refund for the "stranded" tickets. A good lesson to learn about customer service here - well done Donny!! (worship)
that is absolutely brilliant stuff from Donny they deserve big big praise not many clubs would do that
Aye
Six tickets returned today, refund tomorrow. They really didn't have to do it.
In fact, the tickets are being refunded by the keepmoat boxoffice despite the fact that they were purchased from Barnsley. I'm not one for heaping undue stick on our own box office but suffice to say I hope they'd take a similar view if some of ouropposing fans had the same trouble.
Lesson learned tho, don't give the tickets to me when I'm driving thru a blizzard.

Agreed, well done Donny What time did you eventually get home, mate? I didn't realise just how bad the weather got in certain parts of the country until I saw the news this morning.
RE: Agreed, well done Donny
Tim got home after 3am based on the texts I woke up to! Me and Loko got back at 1am.
Worth it tho- I wouldn't have said that if we'd lost mind you. Charlton Saturday so at least we don't have far to go this weekend.

You beat me to the post Went along with my mate whos blind last night. Top marks to Donny stewards for making sure he was well catered for. Put many other clubs to shame.
Ask them about the Wembley Tickets. Their box office is twice as bad as ours! I know from the In-Laws experience and the vikings board.
Wouldn't say shifted it but I did put my foot down
Helped leaving on 90 mins as well and we were stright out of the car park and on the M18 within 7 mins of leaving the ground. Heard its a nightmare getting out of there if you leave it too long so wasn't takingh any chances

Having spoken to both clubs on the phone Doncaster were far more helpful, the staff at Barnsley always give you the impression they are doing you a big favour, well done Donny (clap)
