    as you will not be able to prove it unless SD is in charge to the end of the season. This will not happen, if we are in the relegation places say early Jan then he will be replaced. If we then go down it will be Davey's fault not the new encumbent.</p>

    You are right about the 'swallow in a summer' though. If we lose the next three then tonight's victory will seem hollow.</p>
