Seems to be dragging on and on for Everton and Forest, there's probably lots of legal ramifications going on in the background. They both need to have the correct and fair punishment but the league will become a shambles soon if teams don't know what's what, Luton could potentially be in a scenario where they think safety is in sight only to end up down. Are the powers that be dragging their feet on this to see how the table pans out or is that me just being cynical.
Dyche said recently Everton appeal was heard 2 months ago and no one from the club has heard anything yet. It does seem odd.
They are under investigation for another offence to be considered and punishment added this season. Answer hopefully by the end of next week.
And can you explain how Man City have 115 charges against them for god knows how many years without charges?? It stinks, the "smaller club" getting hammered again.
I remember some of our fans thinking this at the time, in our Prem season. That the F.A were doing everything they could to help Everton, Newcastle, and Tottenham to stay up.
