I think our pressing as been woeful tonight. Too many times we’ve chased into a tackle and made it too easy for Chelsea to play round us. We’ve also pressed too far up the pitch at times. You can’t do that against teams of the quality of Chelsea.

I thought it started off very good, and if we'd taken one of our chances it might have been a different game.

Second half was catastrophic, but I saw enough to think that we're more or less going about things the right way.

We've got no plan B, not that a plan B would have made any difference against these.

It was working well up to 2-0 I think. Harrying them all over was impressive to watch and we created some good chances - had we scored one I don't think we'd be looking at the sort of hammering we've had since, and fairly sure we'd have shut up shop a bit more. As it stands, we've carried on and just kept giving it away and leaving space for them to waltz into.

Yeah, we started off ok but still could’ve been 2 down in first 5 mins. Surely against teams like Chelsea you set your stall out to keep it tight, no mistakes. On another night we could’ve scored 4 but Chelsea could’ve got 10. Just think we need to stop over playing it at the back and be a bit more clever with our pressing. I still think we’ll be ok this season.

Cant give a premier league team two goals like that. Shocking play for those 2 gifted goals.

What would plan B look like though? If we cant get Plan A right (scoring goals/not gifting goals), where do we go from there? I think our pressing Plan A game would be great if we put the ball in the net and cut out the defensive mishaps like the back end of last season. Maybe Struber implemented Plan B when he took Woodrow off. I'm not blaming Struber but what a decision! Hope there's some logic behind it.

We made gifts of a couple of goals against a top premier league team. What could you expect. Rather have three points on Saturday to be honest.

Actually that's what I'm saying. We can , and will, only play one way under Struber - it's his mode de emploi; we'll live or die by it.

Exactly, not too many people moaning after the Brentford game.
I'd much rather lose by trying to win even if it does seem a bit naive.
We've had enough **** negative managers over the years, Struber just needs a bit of guile and quality adding to our team.
