    ...... that this is their 10th attempt at the play offs and theyve never been successful in the previous 9 attempts!!!! Crikey.

    Bet they can't wait after missing out on automatic in the last day against Colchester!

    Fans and players were crying at full time of the last match, like they are already resigned to their fate and don't expect themselves to get promoted now.

    Wilson has a similar record, although not quite as bad. Regularly gets his teams to the play-offs, but he's never been successful. I think that's why Sheff Utd sacked him. Automatic promotion looked unlikely, but the play-offs were more or less assured, so they got rid of the manager who always loses the play-offs. Worked a treat. Ha Ha

    My in laws are Preston folk and yes, they loathe the play-offs.

    Obviously I would like nothing more than for them to **** it up again...not just because of family rivalry but because I think they are a niggly, route one, physical side and I have no time for their arrogant manager.
