Probably the worst balanced team iv seen

...at oakwell for years.
No natural left back/left sided player except for el hamour
No pace at the back, although they are v strong in the air
No central midfield partnership as of yet ( yes i know we have had injuries)
no natural goalscorer

when u take into consideration the signings made and the players he has let go then looking at the above points its quite worrying.
