Davey might turn out to be a ***** manager But the postings last season and this about his relationships with certain members of the squad have been somewhat wide of the mark.

Owlstalk I believe got told by a Wendy fan who goes on there, reckons one of the Wendy players had said they could hear Davey down the corridor, gave them both barrels.
RE: Interesting Mr Hammil may have wanted to wait and see how Barnsley scrapped for a creditable draw against the Wendies and how Leeds scraped a 'convincing' victory over that great European 'ober' club Exeter city before making the most obvious and easy decisions of his career.

And let's not forget... ...that, as well as the people he's worked with at Liverpool, this lad has been on loan at 3 or 4 other clubs so he's had a fair bit of experience of how other managers work - including 'Larry' Grayson.
