As a new member I am trying to sort my profile out but I am really struggling. Can you help me do these things. 1: I notice many of you have a picture with your online names. I've tried uploading one using the control panel but no joy. A step by step guide would be great. 2: Is there a size limit as I tried to upload one that was about 18k and it said it was too large but I can't believe that some of the pics on here aren't bigger.
