    When I try to upload a picture it always says that the file is too large. Does anyone know what the maximum size is? :'(

    About 20k I think.
    The trick is to upload it to a photo hosting site then use the "Profile Image URL" box in the BBS user control panel.
    Have a look in the FAQ forum - it goes into this in a bit more detail.
