    Lee's latest
“We’ve got another 7-10 days to get in another two players and then hopefully another two after that.

“It’s quality I’m after rather than quantity, but we are short of numbers at the moment.”

Knows the issue. Trust him to sort it. Patience is key.

It is a natural way to be worried. What if the quality doesnt pay off? What do we do then?

I think the shock comes with the amount of outgoings, the lack of communication. Why let Lalkovich (sic) go et al when we don't seem to have any replacements. I'm still optimistic but at the moment we look a bit like a rabble. Thats not to say we can't sign 4 players in the next couple of weeks, which would be great, but I think we need more personally but happy to take the bosses word on that.

The main gripe is why we do this every year, we're so short term and we get told that planning for the future and saleable assets etc but this is becoming a theme, when in reality the fruition is a different story.

I'm in the middle at the moment, I'm not overly worried because trust is trust but am I confident at this point, then no I'm not. I'm gently positive, but 2 weeks on top of this with no experienced signings with strength in certain areas then its a worrying sign.

You never win owt wi kids.

    double edged sword isnt it.....

we could go for experience like Paul wilkinson or Neil Thomspon , or we could go for experience like Leroy Lita and Kieth Treacy

footballs always a gamble to some extent, no amout of spreadsheets can convince me otherwise. Let LJ and the board do what they believe is best,

contrary to some folks opinion they arent a bunch of idiots, they might not get everything right but none of us do in our own walks of life.

    enjoy the ride.
