pub(s) for saturday

We are going on the train, so will hopefully be having a few beers in huddersfield.
Can anyone suggest the best places to go and to avoid.

The current plan is to go down near the uni, king street, queen street and zetland street. I think that cotton factory place is down there. Will we be ok? or is there a better place to go?

 

The Head of Steam - thats where ill probably be goin, located right next to the station.

 

thats if im not goin straight to the stadium

 

keep well away from The Cresent,it is opposite the George Hotel it is full off havs wanting to fight and there pretty big chavs as I remember.Why not travel a couple of miles further and go round Elland.
