We went in The Brunswick a couple of years ago. Next to the station (turn away from the ground). I liked it, but not everyone's cup of tea. Old style pub really - real ale, separate rooms/ lounges/ snugs, but a good friendly atmosphere, home and away fans mixing, no problems. Basic food available too - sandwiches, chips etc. About 15-20 mins walk to the ground.
Depends what time you plan on getting to Derby and if parking an issue. few on midland road, Brunswick as fired said, plenty in City but that would involve parking up then driving down to Pride Park after unless you don't mind a decent walk.
One on corner straight over from the station. Quite small not a bad jar though. Avoid bubbles. Ten quid in £75 for a ****.
