What about people with season ticekts in west stand?

And all them that sit there match after match season after season? Should they be expected to move? Cant just change seating for one game/in middle of season. If it was announced start of a new season that nwe arrangements are that west for away, north for home then fair enough

Well I was on about only giving Man Utd the half of the west stand that never gets used so no need for an arguement...Lol.

Could then not simply exchage their seat for a ticket in the North Stand though?

Wouldn't exactly be hectic as I wouldn't say there'd be that many to move. Then distribute the rest of the tickets out, sure we'd sell the North Stand out.

    Possible but difficult

Far easier for the away fans to be policed in the North Stand, can keep them segregated easier. What about all the home fans who flood down/up Belgrave and Coniston Roads etc? Grove St is our territory.

I don't think it really matters. If they have the North Stand there'll be 2000 genuine Scum fans + 4000 Barnsley based glory hunters. If you put them in the West and restrict the numbers, the same 4000 will just get tickets for the home stands.

Imagine how many Dads are promising their kids right now that they can go and watch Man Utd, on their doorstep, for the first and probably only time in their lives...

    **** off

Why should I give up my seat to be shunted into a stand with a crap view?
I hate seeing a game from behind the nets, it's rubbish.
IMHO I have the 2nd best seat in the ground, it would only be the best seat if I was on the end of the row.

Put 'em all in the Ponte.

The stand has no atmosphere anyway.

Or how about we just get a bit forceful for once in our lives

    And split the north stand.

It is designed to be split. The turnstyles are at opposite ends of the ground with a locked car park between them. Underneath the stand can be split in two to keep fans apart.

And I will remind you all of Man City and Arsenal recently, thousands of their fans were seperated in the stand by a line of stewards in single file. The fans were kept 2 feet from each other with just a man sat between them

It would still be full of 'Plastics' as Barnsley is full of the cringeworthy c*nts.

why should we give manure all of north stand, over a quarter of the ground, we want a atmosphere for our boys so we can lift them not giving manure the feel at home comfort zone. we want it to be red hot with barnsley fans.
