QC's decision on Cellino expected either today or tomorrow

I anticipate another appeal (playing for time)and if all else fails someone daft enough will temporarily bail em out.

    FFP aye oreight.

I think anything other than sticking by the original decision would be nothing but farcical. What's changed that stopped him under the current rules? Isn't he due (over the next weeks/months) to be 'done' for other similar offences?!?

Anyway, not just cos it's Leeds (well a bit) IMHO I think it'll set a dangerous precident if he gets his way!

If they drag it out longer, they'll realise he's also up on 2 more tax evasion charges. Due in court again May and June.

I think some of the argument is whether its a civil case or not. From elsewhere:

I thought today they were going to announce that the decision will be announced tomorrow or Friday.

    That's what they announced yesterday.

way they are playing at moment we could optimistically catch them even without a points deduction . hope they do get points deduction , way they run the club is shocking . what buisness can afford to lose what they do every month

    Surely it doesn't matter?

If the FL don't think he's a 'fit and proper owner' (which he isn't) then they have the right to not allow him to own a club, surely?

Any points deduction wouldn't be applied this season. Clutching at straws :)

It could. If the points deduction would mean them dropping into the relegation places at the end of the season, the deduction is applied.

If it doesn't, it's carried over into next.

Where is that from, because with the spelling mistakes it surely can't be from an official source, more like it's somebody's take on the situation.

Its being played out as if its been a big decision with a Lot of thought when in reality imo its a done deal and someone will make a lot f money out of it. Leeds have too many fans to fleece fr buisnsess men to ignore it and cellino will be their front man.
