    mccann is not mobile enough, Devaney is playing on his wrong foot and can't do 90 minutes, Ricketts looks as if he can't be arsed, so we need someone with quality down that side</p>

    I personally would just play Werling left mid, with Kozluk at left back.

    His crossing is superb.
