have accepted a job byletter and phone but now don't want it but want to accept another .......... bad form or what?? can they sue??????
Phone 'em up firstt thing and tell 'em you have had a better offer....but make sure the other jobs a firm offer first.</p> They could make you a better offer still.</p> No point in making enemies.</p>
