Question for anyone with um knee cartilage problem.

    Did um physio recommend any exercises that wouldn't exacerbate um problem? Maybe cycling eh readers?

    Cycling yes. Squats no. Stretching to keep fluid off it. Nothing that applies to much weight or strain on the joint.

    Don't forget

    drinking 8 glasses of cod liver oil a day instead of water.

    And starting lifting with your back and not with your legs, that'll help your body deteriorate more evenly.
