I know some of you support them through thick and thin, others go because its a bad habit, others go cos they enjoy the other aspects to their match day experience and others go simply cos theyve paid their money so they'll go regardless. But im just wondering who, if in two weeks time they got email from the club on thursday evening saying that LJ intended to play an Extra defensive midfielder to protect the back four against second from bottom Fleetwood, thus sacrificing a second striker, would decide that they had better things to do that day/weekend and not bother attending.
I'd still go even if he played 10 defenders. Seen good seasons, bad ones and mediocre ones. You just don't stop being a fan because you disagree with a manager. You support the club, our club. We will still be here long after Johnson, the next one and the one after that.
What would you do if they re-built Don Valley, moved us there, called us The Sheffield Dingles and appointed Chris Morgan as manager? Would you still go? Eh? The new badge is an image of a miner taking a $hit on a Barnsley chop, and it says 'Dingles' in enormous letters. Would you still go? Would you? Would you? *rolls ******* eyes*
If it was raining stop in the pub. Theres season ticket holders who are doing that already... some long time supporters as well.
