    I can see the point but what ever happened to having a quiet word with someone and letting them know the impact of what they had done. And like another poster has said, I can't recall the reports being particularly scathing and perhaps, just perhaps, the softly softly approach does not work all that well as we have failed for the last 13/14 years to produce more than one (That I can think of, off the top of my head) player who has cut it for us or others in the top two divisions.

    The most successful BFC side in history had at least 4 home grown players in it.

    Perhaps the coaching staff ought concern themselves with the low quality of output rather than the postings on a "pointless fecking website", not my words.
