His record's very poor - that's fact, not opinion. What CAN he do to turn things? New tactics? More inspiration to motivate the players? He MUST have tried all this in his many games in charge and there's been no improvement.

He said there'd be a turn-around when he had a fully fit squad - there's been nothing of the sort, quite the contrary, there's been a slump.

He played his ace card when Anderson da Silva came back, and that's failed at present. He's way off form.

Someone tell me HOW SD will turn it round in time before we are cut adrift. What's he going to do in the future that he hasn't tried already?

Think it was wrong not to play Colace alongside De Silva

but then again it doesn't surprise me what he does anymore - rapidly losing any support he once gad - be even lower if we lose tomorrow

Oh, and throw in another 15 year old after Tuesday to take the focus off him!

He needs scope to bring new players in

sold his captain and arguably best player, needs the funds/scope to be able to bring someone else in. that said, it needs to be the type of player we need, not fckin willow the wisp on the left, some battlers that can put their foot in. Ideally their left foot.

    I wonder if

There's a 2008 version of Darren Sheridan available anywhere?

We're crying out for a player like that

A dirty little b.astard who will be kicking at your shins all afternoon and can play a simple pass. We've actually got one, he's called Andy Johnson, but he's on gardening leave whatever that means.

    Steve Watson tomorrow

will be told to do exactly the same. Laws will have seen us and thought 'not up for a fight' so it'll be a battle, are we ready? Diego Leon is not the right type of player, neither is Rigters. Pick 11 that can show some passion in a derby, ffs, that'd be a start.

    I'd play ODJ

but the first time he mis controls the ball, and he'll be pillocked to fck by a contingent of his own fans. I'd play Hassell in midfield if Colace isnt fully fit. Dont care that he's a full back, we need players who can battle in the middle of the park. Every single player that goes out there tomorrow night needs to show the fans how important it is to them that we win.
