Can anyone please update me of the rule change, that allows for every corner or free kick into the penalty area, A free far all including pulling hair, elbows into the face, pulling the shirt off opponents back, rugby tackling etc etc. With the watching Referee taking no action whatsoever. I must have missed the change.
