If a genuine tape was discovered of the accident in which Diana & Dodi were killed which gave graphic detail of what happened that night would you watch it and why/why not ?
No I wouldn't watch it. They died in a severe car accident, which would have resulted in severe injuries. For me, watching someone die is not pleasant. I chose to watch my gran die of cancer until she took her last breath, that was bad enough. To watch someone suffer offers me no pleasure, only upset. If people want to watch stuff like this then that is upto them, I have no issues with that. My issue is when they post stuff like that on a public family board.
I can understand that, but just to expand the arguement, if the film showed that there was compelling evidence that the conspiricy theorists were right and they had been murdered would that alter your opinion ?</p>
Making a documentry out of a death situation can be put across better than someone 'leaking' a video of the event completly different. Depending how this was presented, would depend if it was watched. Seeing the Steve Irwin video as it is, NO I wouldnt watch it. A video showing Dianna and Dodi dead in the back of a car, I wouldn't watch it.
Public family board? I really do think we should get away from that notion until such time as it is properly defined.
I would watch it..if i was juror , but otherwise no .... if that evidence somehow was to turn up then the public domain should not have it.

(not said in a patronising tone)</p> If I read you right you would be prepared to consider watching something that used graphic images as evidence to prove a point, but not just in a gratuitous 'gorefest' type of presentation.</p> If that's not what you meant, sorry, but it probably sums up my thoughts.</p> There are millions out there who will watch it though. </p>

well...its tricky I guess.. but I see no need to make public the scenes of any death at all.....ok we see horrific realistic stuff in the movies, but we all know its acting...somehow the actual real thing to me is indecent when aired publically not once..but like some burlesque style amusement..sorry but thats my view and Its what I stick with, if others see it different then ok ...but do we all have to have it rammed down our throats...please not.
To change this slightly... what about the Channel 4 Doc that fakes Bush's assasination? Why would you watch someone's fake death? Big fuss abou the documentary over here - people can't understand why anyone would want to make a film about the fake death of someone.

They're so desperate for news to show that if anything happens then there's a massive feeding frenzy.</p> I understand that CNN replayed the events of 9/11 as if they were live yesterday in real time. Why ? don't know but I bet there was an audience for it. </p>

Sounds fairly pointless to me, unless it was to illustrate how the chain of command would change and what contingency plans have been put in place at the time of the death of a president.
