It would be nice to know who is really running the show down at Oakwell. There was a debate on here last week about who owned the shares which finished inconclusively. Then Shepherd sacks Ritchie and Cryne sneaks from behind Sheps legs and tells everyone that he told Shep that Ritchie had to go. Surely, if Cryne is taking the decisions it should be him that takes the flak/praise. It seems to me that we have borrowed a mish-mash of no hopers and kids, when in order to stay up we needed a 20 goal per season forward and a top quality centreback and we have let our best player go on similar terms. Now we have an inexperienced stand-in picking the team from a demotivated/disorganisated rabble who will be doing their best to leave a sinking ship come January. Expect tumbleweed blowing around an empty stadium on match days come April. In 40 years of watching the reds, I have never seen such a shambles and that is saying something.
No hopers and kids Let me see
Wallwork played 12 games for 6th placed west brom this season.
Knight - Played 11 times for league 1 swansea scoring 7 goals
McCann - Played 20 times scoring 7 goals
Reid - Kid granted, but an up and coming premiership prospect.
