Peter, My mum has been down this morning for ours. She went at 9am. At 10:30am, she was given a ticket and told to go back at 3:30pm, at which point she would get priority - thus getting our tickets. I would advise your friend to go down earlier if possible, or if not - later next week.
So the club assumed your mother could go back at 3:30 or did they ask her first? Going to be bedlum down there tomorrow, with most people having a day off.

You're right They should make personal appointments for people, ask them when it's appropriate to go and buy their tickets. That should certainly make things run smoother.
