Queues at Oakwell.............

    Our lass just got to ground around 15 mins ago and is queuing for tickets as i post.

    She says the few people in front of her have told her that some people are getting served with just stubs and no season tickets......
    Says thes a women about 6 people in front of her who has only one season ticket on her but a a handfull of stubs and is going to try n get 4 City tickets......

    Maybe a load a rubbish and whats going off at front of queue is getting lost in translation towards the back. People are definitely unhappy though!!:)

    I hope thats not true - I will be very annoyed if it is - There are 4 of us with Season tickets who want to sit together at Man City - but we only had 3 stubs so decided to wait until tomorrow to get the tickets
    if people really are being sold tickets who arent entitled then thats just wrong. My Dad could easlily have gone to the ground this morning but didnt because he couldnt get all 4 tickets

    Sure it'll just be a bit of good old-fashioned Chinese Whispers. The lady in front won't get away with it. Been down this morning and the Box Office staff were making sure ST vouchers and stubs were both there.

    Got there 1:20 queued 1hr max. Queue when I came out was 30-45 mins.

    Can I just confirm, I have season ticket vouchers from family members with the patron code and address on but not the actual books. Then I have the seperate stubs from the Hull cup game. Will this be ok ? Didn't want to spend ages in the queue if I need the actual season ticket books !!!

    Just to update - She was queueing for around 40mins and when got to front everyone went strangely quiet and just got served.

    So im guessing it was abit of chinese whispers and nowt actually untoward!! The women got her tickets no questions asked too so like Hicksy says - They were probably season ticket vouchers and folk were jumping gun!!

    Got mi tickets nar any road! Roll on Bolton nar!!!!

    Penityke that is fine as had to do it for one book that is in Leeds but I got his voucher at wolves.

    Afraid many will successfully chance free kids vouchers. Can't say the checks on our books were that robust but she did look at the inserts which would have highlighted kids book. Issue is voucher f only has a book number and no way to correlate to system?
