    Thought someone...

    ...would have grumbled by now that they had been in the 'Beam Back' queue and there was someone stood in front of them with 20 season ticket books, 10 Centenary cards and a dozen West Brom stubs!

    you should have asked for one when you bought your season ticket.

    RE: no excuse for not getting a beam back ticket.

    I don't see why BFC couldn't send a taxi to my house to pick up my voucher or stubs and then send it back again with my ticket.
