Glad Barnsley told them to **** off, I hope that Donny, Rotherham and Chessie do the same.

Praise or grumble my arse, its a Fowls love in, three interviews to the fowls, both new players and Laws, screw fans of other teams

Radio Shitfield the home of the fowls and blunts and **** all to do with the rest of South Yorkshire

because even if they may be biased to the two Sheffield teams a few commentaries are better than no commentaries, and by all accounts we were offered perfectly acceptable deals and decided we were too good.

Well I am happy, they can **** off...why should they not give equal rights over south yorkshire, there are five clubs + chessie not just two so called big clubs.

Let's hope Dearne FM takes off, shame Donny don't do the same with Trax FM

Failing that bring back Hallam, at least they were not biased like this bunch

 

Agree, it has been absolutely awful tonight.
I am on the point of giving up.
There are never any Barnsley callers on and when there are, they are given short shrift.
As you say, tonight's been a love in and it even sounds as if Brian Laws is going to get 'rewarded tonight' by his Missus who is a Wednesday fan - at that point I nearly gipped.

 

They probably covered Wednesday in the hope of a first win. All the Wendy stuff is probably to fill time that would have gone to us and they interview new signings anyway no matter what the club. What makes me laugh though tonight is last week Wendy fans lose and take over the station and today they win and are quiet. Only happy when their moaning.

 

I'm not saying the bias is right

but it's not like the club have made some kind of stand about it, they just wanted more money it seems.

Had to listen to Dearne FM today. **** Me! The constant adverts drive you barmy and the reporting is a very poor second to what Radio Sheffield offered.

There's no commentaries to look forward to this season and no independent journalism asking the awkward questions. Our exposure has dropped considerably and in my opinion it's a ***** state of affairs.

A Chesterfield fan rang in and instead of talking about the great run they have had, he wasted his time complaining to Paul Walker about all the Wendy fans ringing in. Walker made the good point of if they don't ring in they cannot talk about them, but he was a reight scarcy sod clapping the caller in a pisstake way.
