A reds fan rang up tonight and said Muller was going to Villa for a million,we were signing De Silva for a million and getting Nugent on loan until the end of the season.I suppose you never know.

Definately worth a millon, but i really cant see us spending a million on one player. If we cant get Nyatanga back we need to go out and get another centre half IMHO

Nugent Now that is interesting. He knows Davey and we were supposedly after a "big name" player. But why wouldn't he just go back to Preston?
I dont know about that. He looks quality to me and has an ability to dictate the tempo of the game. I think when you look at transfers such as 3 mil for Brunt or 5mil for Richardson then 1 mil for Da Silva is reasonable. However I think that in reality we can probably get him for about half of that.
I take your point about Brunt,all the fans did was moan about his inconsistency then they finish up getting a fortune for him,baffling.
