That's still one of my alarm tones, a great sound to wake up to! My other one is "Schmidt! Patrick SCHMIDT!!!!!" from his last minute winner at Millwall. Another gentle, soothing sound to wake up to........

Martyn Devaney rarely gets a mention in those liverpool and chelsea games.

2 absolute worldies of a cross.

The one at liverpool for foster is one of the best crosses you will ever see

Martin came to us from Watford but he’d only been there five minutes having played for his home town club Cheltenham from their non-league days and upwards. He was a top class professional player who could plant a cross wherever you wanted it.

Not returning to his Gloucestershire roots was good news for us when he gave up playing as he is doing a great job on the coaching staff.

They played it on Football Heaven last night and you can’t hear it too many times without a big grin filling your face, can you?

I’ve always liked Walker as a commentator and others at the BBC should study that clip as it’s the PROPER way to do an OTT goal celebration. Compare that with the hysterical garbage that Jonathan Pearce comes out with every week on MOTD. He’s not the only one either!

Van Hommet’s overlap was crucial. Disco had 2 defenders on him, til he showed up.. :)

It is up with "they think it's all over" imo. Perfect commentating. His description, Intonation, timing, build-up and exclamation are faultless.

    Brilliant, just simply brilliant.

I've got a bit of grit in my eye or somebody's peeling onions. Slight tear coming down my cheek.......

More of the same tonight please :)
