    Why is it that you're allowed to listen to Radio Wales live commentary on the Web but not Radio Sheffield?

    Maybe seomething to do with it being a National Station (as opposed to a regional one).

    Why is the Radio Wales web broadcast available all over the UK?

    Radio Sheffield is also available throughout the UK EXCEPT for live football commentaries - it makes no sense at all.
