it might sound a little daft, but i think it could be a good idea.</p> teams could only sack/change their managers post season, and during the transfer window.</p> alot of teams would have to stick with their managers, and they would get the chance to turn things around etc . . .</p> like i said, a bit random, but i think it could work.</p>
what about times of gross misconduct (im not for a second saying thats what happened here by the way - just an example) if a manager was caught with teh hands in teh till or, had been found downloading dodgy stuff on works computer or had beaten the crap out of someone in teh team the list goes on and on.... you'd need to get rid ASAP? otehrsiw, ti wouldnt be a sacking, it'd simply be a 'putting the manager on the transfer market'
very true actually.</p> so, maybe fire the manager for stuff like that, but if its only the results that are not so good, then keep them on until the "sacking window"</p> although i do like the sound of a transfer list for managers - that could be quite good actually. </p>
