Just ask for it without. You have to wait a few minutes but it guarantees you get it "fresh". Also an xl bacon double cheeseburger from BK has no salad *****, just beef, cheese and bacon

    No, it's not a problem

    Starvation is a problem.

Filling yourself with ***** akin to cardboard filled with additives and complaining about it is just odd. If you don't like it, don't have it.

Just a tip, but why not try eating some proper food? Learn how to cook?
No rule that says you have to eat yourself into an early grave.
