He has a life sentence with the minimum he should serve being 8 years....that is 8 years before he's up for parole and eligible to be CONSIDERED for release, even then that does not mean he will be released.

Unfortunately, as the law stands, pleading guilty automatically gives a reduced sentence and that should be looked into - along with life meaning life.

This bloke really is the lowest of the low and I hope he gets what he deserves whilst in the prison. It won't just be from the cons he needs to be weary but from the actual officers too.

Personally hope he only comes out in a body bag.

 

As a law student I would like to clarify; his minimum tariff may be set at 8 years, this is the shortest time at which he will be eligible for parole, it does not mean he will be released after 8 years, in fact I doubt he will ever see the outside world again.

 

I object to paying one penny of my taxes to sustain the life of evil people like that. The fluffies have taken over the world.
