    does anyone no how to protect them by putting a password on, so when i send all this stuff to my brother for him to save till i format my pc he doesnt look at all my files, any help grateful

    Doesnt it ask you if you wish to password the files as you create them?

    upload to web space?

    It maybe easier to upload your <del>porn</del> rar file to a web server then you won't need to password protect it or worry about your brother accessing it.

    When you open WinRAR, click on the Wizard button and create you archive that way, then it will ask you if you want to put a password on.

    If you don't use WinRAR, then I'm not sure.
