Not at that price, i have a feeling that this may be the next retro remake anyway, and it'll look better without the bmb on't front and well worth 25 notes

Never knew BMB sponsored us, mind I was only turning 3. Would have thought I'd have seen it before though...

Would that have been worn by Ronny Glavin?

    Or was it Billy Ronson?

It’s a new one on me too, but I’m no expert. (did we have a sponsorship in the 80's)

We had a few sponsors in the 80's that I can remember; Brooklands, Taites, Haysleden and Lyons spring to mind but I don't remember BMB either. Lovely shirt mind but way to expensive at that price.

I also recall us having Sandal Bayern (sp) in the mid 1980's (1986/87 & 1987/88), when the home kit had a white stripe down the left side of the shirt. The away kit was yellow, with a black stripe down the front. I don't recall us ever having BMB as our sponsor, either. When we had the kit that's being sold, I was convinced our sponsors were Hayseledens (sp). I'm probably wrong, though.

Billy Ronson imho. 85/86 I think. But I could swear that BMB never sponsored us.

Its a rip off they've never sponsored us, it was Brooklands Motelaround that era with that shirt.

JLWBL will be on soon, Barnsley's oracle 1960s-present day he will verify.

£99 seems to be a lot of money for a shirt anyway. But it does raise the question of it being fake. However, who would be daft enough to spend the time and money producing a fake 1980's Barnsley shirt?
Not for the first time, I find myself in a state of confusion, mate!!:)

He he,can't be that daft mate cos if it is snide he's made a tidy profit and there's plenty of
nostalgic retro loving daft buggers like me who will buy it,mindsthi not at that price.

Cant remember that one at all, first thought was the year when the sponsors went bust before the season started but that was the green/white deck chair shirt.....looking at the picture the sponsors logo doesnt look straight either...........
