Colgan- A couple of wonder saves today, very good shot stopper, but still thinks 6 yards is too far to come for crosses, but is improving.7 Austin- Please Ritchie do not play him at left-back again, unless needs must, very good game, the only thing wi ozzie his his tendancy to hit long.8 Williams- This lad is coming on in leaps and bounds, great little player, really coming into his own.8 Carbon- Outstanding, very solid.My MOTM.9 Reid-Mr. Dependable, could definatly play in the division above, both didnt give dobie or dadi a sniff.8 Shuker-Great to watch when he's up for it like he was yesterday,needs more games like that.8 Devaney-Does seem to have a decent cross, but cant seem to beat a man, not really impressed, early days tho.6 Burns-He has really come into his own this season, got a great engine, never gave up yesterday.8 Kay- Best ive seen kay play in midfield, Tenaciuos(long word for me so probably not spellt it r8!) in the tackle, held the midfield together well, also did a great job on commons.8 Conlon- Played really well after he got the goal, more of the same please baz.7 Hayes-Some nice touches, played a big part in what was a great team goal.7 The ball is now rolling, lets really get behind the lads.
Just a thought - given the rating that Richie gave Devaney, methinks he was playing strictly to orders to stop Eadens overlapping.
