    not sure how we can have even 16k

    quite a lot of season ticket holders didnt take up the free seat offer and only 1,400 went on general sale apparently.

    23000 capacity minus ?1000 for West stand upper which can't be used and complimentaries etc = 22000 - 5782 Chelsea = approx 16000 to me

    Why can't half the West upper be used?

    Ok.....I've heard it doesn't have a safety certificate, but why? Why can part of the upper tier be used but the other can't?

    the exits aren't safe, or the roof is crocked, or that bloody awful TV gantry is about to fall off (thank god) or something.
