So even if we sign him he can't play in the final if its WBA.

 

We can't sign him before the final.

 

he will still be on loan until a permanent transfer goes through on 1st July

 

But he will still be contracted to WBA. Only way for him to play if we get WBA (if we get there obviously) is for the FA to give special dispensation (with WBA's consent), or for them to release him from his contract and he signs for us as a free player. I think.

 

even if we dont sign him, surely the fa would,nt deny him the chance of a lifetime of playing in a fa cup final............
