well said I can't believe how many negative miserable moaners there are. When I was young we had good seasons and bad seasons right from Jim Illeyout onwards. We are in one of the best leagues in Europe getting crowds of over 12,000 (remember in 96/97 we weren't getting anything like that and the admission was a lot less than now) Yes some of the stuff has been ***** but it has been in the past. Let's see what happens eh ?</p>
The football experience has changed a lot over the past few years and is still changing now. Its far more expensive, players get paid a lot more, players seem to come and go far quicker than before and fans demand quicker results. It's no longer a past-time hobby - fans have less spare time and value their time and money more than ever, so when things go wrong fans want answers.
Is it eyestrain or brainstrain. Best just to mentally switch off, I used to read everything, now I am more selective. Now I just read stuff by TFP, it's ****, but at list it's just harmless nonsense not angst ridden hand wringing by people who haven't a clue but think they know best.
