thats a shocking list.

take away the top few and no wonder their teams in a state like they are.

Time some "time" was given and some loyalty

To me the whole logic of this argument is the wrong way round. Long serving managers don't bring success. Successful managers don't get sacked, so stay around a long time.

 

or the fact that some teams want instant success and only give managers 12/18 months nt

Davey in 39th longest serving spot already? He hasn't completed two years yet! What's the world coming to, eh? Thing is, all these sacked still get their full whack paid up don't they?? (dunno)
