    How much is it a negotiation though? I thought it was a case of they accept the efl punishment or take it to a commission who might give a more severe or lighter punishment

    I am not surprised when they are facing charges but laugh in the face of the EFL when going out & signing Drinkwater for example who might just be on a bob or two , they are taking the proverbial !

    Been on the cards for a while. Irresponsible owners who want to play casino football and drag the rest of the league with them. For a club of Reading's size it looks especially hideous.

    In other news Peter File from Barnsley is in talks with the CPS to negotiate how long a prison sentence they can agree between them.

    What a crazy world we live in where the cheats get to negotiate their punishment
