Just seen the highlights on Virgins website, anybody else think that if Foster had thrown himself he might have had a chance of blocking the shot?

watched it 5 or 6 times now and every time i think he may have been able to get to it somewhat

I thought it at the time. He looked close enough. Maybe he thought it was going wide.

Surely if Foster thought he could anything in front of the ball, then he would have. Foster puts himself in front of anything and everything, often with the loss of blood! He's not one to chicken out of anything...

Not saying he was backing out of anything. An error of judgment maybe?

Yeah, suppose it could have been.

Never been much of a fan of Souza to be honest: not much pace, has no right foot and makes too many balls-ups. Other than that, he's the first name on the team sheet like..

I think he was just a second too late to get it

SuperTyke, don't forget Muller for the way he came charging off the line, which probably made it easier for them to score.
