Malaga did well at the weekend drawing 0:0 at Real Madrid and Malaga were down to 10 men for the last 20 mins or so. Malaga's wage bill is 28.7 mill Euro. Real's is 431.3 mill Euro!

I'd love to know what the wage bill is at Eibar. Okay they only avoided relegation from La Liga last season after a breach in the financial rules they have over their by Elche, but they're a side fighting considerably above their weight. This is only their 2nd season in La Liga and only their 3rd in the top 2 divisions. They're a town with a population of something like 20,000 and are historically a club where young basque talents are sent on loan from Bilbao and Sociedad. They had to find 2 million euros prior to last season in order to just start the season in La Liga. I keep an eye on their progress because they're genuine underdogs.
