Real Player Tech help please

    When I go into real player the screen goes black and it tells me their has been an error and it needs to shut down.</p>

    It then shuts down.</p>

    This has only started to happen during the last few days.</p>

    Any ideas please.</p>

    First thing to do

    Go into your Control Panel, click on Add/Remove Programs, scroll down to find realplayer and click to uninstall.
    Then either reinstall it or do a google for "Real Alternative" instead.

    My computer has always done that. It had real player installed when I bought it but if you used it, the computer restarted.</p>

    As Revvie P says, Real Alternative is the answer (Y)
