We've shown we can grind out results and earn a thoroughly deserved three points, as well as scoring for fun when playing flamboyant football. I thought Doncaster's dirty tactics were going to earn them an undeserved draw. How on earth that git stopped on for the disgusting challenge on White, only the referee knows. Thankfully, Fletcher scored the sort of goal I always like to see our strikers get, following in on a loose ball.
Hammill was a delight to watch, but I think George Williams deserves a special mention. He didn't let us down when he filled in for White last month and was excellent again. Another clean sheet, too. I think Rovers only had one decent shot on target in the entire game.

im glad to hear that Lil, but it angers me that weve lost a good player because of awful thuggery tactics. and by the sounds of it there was little or no protection from the officials yet again. let the game flow by all means but they should clamp down more on blatant bone breaking tackles, and i dont even think they should be called 'tackles'.

The challenge on White was a disgrace. Studs raked down his ankle with absolutely no attempt to win the ball.

Solid 1-0 wins vs Bradford, Swindon and Donny in recent weeks. Clean sheets aplenty after going so long without them. Let's hope it continues Tuesday.

I think GeorgeWilliams is developing at a very rapid rate. We know he is a bright lad and can clearly learn quickly. Got himself in bad positions a couple of times, but I suspect he won't do it again. He's also a really nice lad and I guess is popular with rest of the lads. When we lose Bree, which we inevitably will, we have a cracking, ready made replacement.

Just a little concerned that at times we got a bit jittery at the back and put ourselves under uneccessary pressure due to half hit clearances and wayward passing. Apart from that, great win.
